Combining outside sales experience with a passion for real estate, Elizabeth brings great energy and strategic thinking to her new role at AHS. She built her reputation as a top sales leader and trainer by continually perfecting listening and negotiation skills. As a result, Elizabeth is uniquely qualified to help you promote the addition of AHS Home Protection Plans in order to increase listings and build referrals.
An avid learner, Elizabeth is currently in the process of obtaining an Ohio Real Estate License. She is dedicated to gaining fresh knowledge and insight into the myriad of responsibilities handled by real estate professionals. She is also active in professional groups such as Dayton Area Board of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. Her most important experience, though, is her first hand knowledge of the benefits of an AHS warranty. A 10-year AHS customer herself, Elizabeth is "proud to be part of AHS especially after my positive AHS experiences as a contract holder. Protecting homeowners and helping them to realize their dreams is both interesting and rewarding."
Always active, Elizabeth enjoys embracing life and all its wonders. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, biking, and traveling among other interests. She and her beloved hiked the 22 mile Kalalau Trail through the Na Pali coast and cliffs of Kauai Hawaii as one of their first dates! Elizabeth truly enjoys helping others and volunteers on the Manadoob Program for Self-Esteem which educates, empowers, and enriches the lives of children. Her heart is as strong as her keen business sense.
