Please join American Home Shield in welcoming Debra Block back into the home warranty industry. Many of her clients will remember when she worked for another home warranty company. With over 15 years in the real estate industry including nine years as a home warranty senior account executive, and experience in escrow and title, Debra looks forward to bringing that experience to clients in her territory from Santa Barbara to Calabasas.
Debra is a member of the Conejo Valley-Simi Valley-Moorpark Association of Realtors and the Women’s Council of Realtors, where in 2015, she was named Affiliate of the Year. When she’s not working, Debra enjoys traveling, jewelry designing, and hiking.
“I’ve been married to my husband, Jeff, for 25 years. My daughter, Shelby, attends CSUN and will be graduating in the spring, and my son, Preston, is a sophomore in college. Our family also includes our 10-year-old Havanese dog, Havana. I love our annual family vacation to Mexico and traveling the country in a motorhome.”
Debra looks forward to reconnecting with former clients and developing new relationships with agents in her area. She prides herself on customer service and being part of your team. “I enjoy working with agents and making sure I am accessible when needed to insure their clients home ownership is a pleasant experience. I am very excited about getting back into the home warranty industry”.
